Intending to do the Gary Junction road end of July and thought that you may have something on your website. Haven’t been able to find anything as yet. Any clues on where I might find it?
Hi Kevin, If you go here:
https://topwiretraveller.com/category/outdoor-travels/road-trips/gary-junction-road-nt-wa/
you’ll find detailed information on the Gary Junction Road, including camping spots, fuel and permits.
Hope this helps and enjoy your trip! Cheers, Andrew

Thanks Giulio! Cheers, Andrew
So, what are the fees to stay at Mambray Creek and to whom do we pay it?
You book and pay online at the Parks SA website. Fees are listed on the site.
Thank you so much for these resources, theyโre great. I may have missed this info but Iโd love a practical guide which covers best practises for the drives eg. stocking up on fuel, how to / should you drive through water on the road if it rains, how to overtake road trains, that kind of thing. Thank you! Sarah
Hi Sarah,
Thanks! Your guide is a great idea. The information is on this website, but it’s scattered through different articles. We’ll get something together and put it up here in Free Resources.
Cheers, Andrew
Thank you for all the incredible information and making it freely available. It will really help me in my travels.
Hope you both have a wonderful Xmas and New Year wherever you may be on your adventure travels.
Glad it’s helpful, thanks! Cheers, Andrew
